Our terms and conditions.

Application Terms (Storage and Member Club): The initial application fee, which includes the cost of vetting and background checks, is non-refundable.

Storage Terms: The minimum storage term is one year, with a month-to-month commitment thereafter. Upon approval, a non-refundable storage deposit of the first month’s rent plus a security deposit is required to hold the space. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is refunded upon termination of services and return of the space in good condition. Motorsports Collective has the sole authority and approval on the type, selection, and installation of lifts on the property and the vehicles stored.

Member Club Terms: The minimum club membership term is one year, paid monthly, with a month-to-month commitment thereafter. Upon approval, you will be invoiced for the first month’s membership plus the membership initiation fee, with subsequent months of the one-year term commencing on club opening.
 
Acceptance of Terms. Using our site, you accept these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of those changes.
